Pre-launch · roadside marketplace
Roadside help.
On your terms.
One request brings offers from verified towing and roadside companies. See the price and ETA, then choose what fits.
Why Road Tower
Roadside help in the U.S. still runs on phone tag. Drivers on the shoulder call company after company, prices come by voice, and if the job goes sideways there is no record. Road Tower is being built so both sides get the price and the ETA up front, payment is held in-app, and every job leaves a trail.
The number you agree to is the number the truck comes for.
Price and ETA up front
See a provider's price and estimated arrival before you commit. No guessing what the invoice will look like.
Verified provider companies
Every provider company goes through onboarding and identity verification, with insurance checks required for towing jobs.
Payment held in-app
Your card is checked when you post a request, and the agreed amount is reserved when you accept an offer. The provider is only paid after the job is confirmed done.
A record of every job
The agreed price, ETA, provider identity, photos and signatures live in the job record — so both sides have something to point to if it comes up later.
How it works
Four steps from stranded to sorted.
Post your request
Pick a service, set your location, and choose ASAP or Scheduled. No account needed to start.
Get competing offers
Verified provider companies respond with their price and ETA for your specific request.
Choose the offer that fits
Compare price, ETA and provider rating side by side, then accept the one you want.
Track and rate
Follow the assigned provider to you, confirm the job is done, and rate the company afterward.
The product

For towing & roadside companies
Be one of the first providers on Road Tower.
We're onboarding a small group of founding provider companies before public launch to shape pricing, workflow and payouts together. The program is intended to offer early access and direct input on the product. Participation and any preferred launch terms will be agreed separately.
Before we launch
Towing & roadside assistance. Your questions, answered.
Can I book a tow truck through Road Tower now?
Not yet. Road Tower is a pre-launch marketplace for towing and roadside assistance. Join the waitlist to hear when service opens in your area. This preview does not take service orders.
Where will Road Tower launch first?
The planned first launch covers Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota, with an initial focus on the I-90 / I-94 corridor. Coverage will expand as verified provider companies come online.
What roadside services are planned?
The initial plan includes towing, spare tire assistance, lockout help, fuel delivery and jump starts. Minor roadside repairs are also being explored, subject to local requirements and provider availability. Final service availability will be confirmed at launch.
How will I compare towing prices and arrival times?
You will post one request with your vehicle, location and service needs. Eligible provider companies will respond with their price and estimated arrival time. You will compare offers and choose the one that fits, for ASAP help or a scheduled service.
What does a verified provider mean?
Provider companies are intended to complete identity and onboarding checks before responding to requests, with applicable insurance checks required for towing jobs. Arrival times are estimates, and verification is not a guarantee of a particular outcome.
How can my towing company become a Founding Partner?
Use the Founding Partner form to send your company details. The team will follow up as the first launch regions open. Early partners can help shape the product and workflow; final pricing and program terms have not been published.
What happens when I join the waitlist?
We will save your email and let you know when Road Tower opens in your area. Joining does not create a service account, place an order or guarantee availability. You can contact the team to ask for removal from the list.
